If you applied for a job opening in Washington with Marriott International, Inc., Courtyard Management LLC, W Operating Company LLC, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, LLC, or Sheraton Operating LLC between January 1, 2023, and August 29, 2024, where the job posting did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of all benefits and other compensation, you may be eligible for a payment from this settlement.

Important Dates

  • December 13, 2024: Deadline to submit a Claim Form, request exclusion, or object to the settlement.
  • January 10, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.: Final Approval Hearing at the King County Superior Court.
